How our delivery pricing and time slots work
Delivery Pricing
You are charged a delivery fee for your first purchase in each delivery time slot. All subsequent purchases for the same time slot are delivered free of charge. This structure encourages order consolidation and helps us optimize delivery routes, passing savings on to you.
How It Works
When you place your first order for a given time slot, a delivery fee is applied. Any additional orders you place for that same time slot on the same day will not incur an additional delivery fee. For example: Order 1 at 2:00 PM = delivery fee charged, Order 2 at 2:00 PM = free delivery, Order 3 at 4:00 PM = delivery fee charged (different time slot).
Delivery Time Slots
Time slots are typically 1-2 hour windows during which your order will be delivered. Available time slots vary by location and may be subject to capacity limits. Orders placed for the same time slot on the same day will share the delivery fee from the first order.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within select areas. You can check if your address is within our delivery zone using the delivery checker in the app. Delivery availability and fees may vary by location. We are continually expanding our delivery areas to serve more customers.
Order Modifications
If you need to modify your order or change the delivery time slot, the delivery fee will be recalculated based on the new time slot. Orders can be modified up to 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. After this window, modifications may not be possible.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we strive to deliver within the selected time slot, factors outside our control (weather, traffic, high order volume) may occasionally cause delays. You will receive real-time updates on your order status through the app.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and reporting any issues immediately through the app or by contacting our support team. We are not responsible for items left at your delivery address after successful delivery.
Pickup Option
As an alternative to delivery, you may choose to pick up your order directly. Pickup orders do not incur a delivery fee. Pickup availability and locations vary by merchant. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
